The fire roasted chillies and garlic give a wonderful punch of flavour to Lucky Dog sauces. The garlic is nice and strong with an acidic bite of cider vinegar as an after pleasant taste, its not overly vinegary though.

I think the mild / medium / hot Lucky Dog sauces use pretty much the same ingredients and cooking methods with the excepting of different chillies to up the heat levels. You know what they say, if its not broke..
