Numero Uno is a mustard based sauce that I seem to be pouring onto everything at the moment.
The ingredient include Fresh chillies, Onion, Wine Vinegar, Water, Mustard, Tomato, Spices, Sugar, Salt, Lime, Garlic and Rum.
There’s a good level of heat and I love the Bajun style mustard sauce, even chicken dippers taste good covered in this stuff.

Of the 4 bottles of sauce I currently have open, this ones been going down the quickest. I wish I knew which chillies were used though!
