The aroma of garlic and carrots greet you on opening this sauce which together produce a tantalising savoury smell.
Orange habanero’s rank among one of my favourite peppers and make up 7% of the ingredients along with vinegar, lime, onion, garlic and sea salt.
As a classic ingredients list the flavours work together, the vinegar being prominent and lime providing some sharpness. Those lovely orange habanero’s can just about be detected over the dominant carrot flavour.

The Chillees is a new company that specialise in chilli based sauce jams and chutneys. I’ve demolished half a bottle of this moreish sauce in just two days and look forward to trying the rest of the range!
