A sharp and tangy sauce with vinegar and lime jumping out from the off. Its a runny sauce with pieces of apple, onion, celery, white turnip and some herbs. I’m not far off drinking this stuff during the review, lovely!

Another great sauce from the Cornish Chilli Company. It makes a nice change from many of the sweet or salty sauces I have in my collection, I just wish it was a little hotter.
