I’ve always been a big fan of chipotle sauces but sometimes they seem a little strong and artificial, this one suffers from those issues. The sauce has a perfect consistency and smells gorgeous, ideal for adding to dishes rather than a table sauce.

I think maybe I’m too fussy when it comes to chipotle sauces and wonder if I’ll ever find anything that can come near the fantastic Secretos Mayas.
