I whipped up this recipe in order to try a new sauce I procured at the Fiery Foods Show. Fallen Angel brand sauces are delicious Grill ‘N Sauces that will soon be featured in the Sweat ‘N Spice online store.
Step 1: Fallen Angel Tropical Sauce

Always buy good chicken.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook in a large skillet with a little bit of vegetable oil.
Step 4: Adding the Sauce

Fallen Angel Tropical sauce is recommended for use as a finishing sauce. So once your chicken has been thourghly cooked, add your sauce and let simmer for about 5 mintues, or until your sauce is hot and you can’t wait any longer.
Step 5: Time to Eat

I also cooked up a little rice to serve with the chicken, but I’m sure you can figure that one out yourself.
From start to finish, this entire meal took about 15 minutes to make, the rice taking the longest. Enjoy!

Thanks for trying our sauce. It’s great to see you’ve already found how to use this sauce. I make a similar stew, but start by cooking coconut milk until thick. Then I add some FA Original Sinner (Mother of Satan for a hotter version) and bring to a simmer. Then I add the raw chicken, scallions pieces, and quartered mushrooms. I finish this with a shower of chopped cilantro and chopped peanuts. Its great over rice and chinese noodles. Serve with lime wedges and raw bean sprouts for an extra pop. Keep on cookin’.
Send me your address and I’ll get you some more plus a few R&D items we’re working on. Dana
Where is a good place to buy fallen angle sauce? I’m a hillbilly and don’t have good access to hot sauce outlets.
There must be a way to make it from scratch. If anyone knows how please post!
