Alright HSBers, before the bottle hits eBay the seller wants the dedicated chiliheads here on the HSB to have first dibs. The seller bought the bottle directly from Blair and is only parting with the bottle in order to cover some of the adoption fees for his new son.

Very cool. It truly does show what is really important in this world. Collections are great and all, but showing another human being love is even more important. 🙂

Seriously, I can’t imagine not having my girls around. Two of the best things in my life!
I would have to 2nd, 3rd, or 4th the comment on Erric and his wife! We had the chance to meet them as well and talk with them on a couple of occasions, absolutely genuine and terrific people! If you aren’t aware, the adoption process is nothing like on TV or in the movies. It is a pretty long and drawn out process and in some case can be very costly, monetarily and stressfully. My best friend and his wife are in the proceedings for their second adopted son, it has been both a blessing and a challenge for them. My hats off to you Erric and my utmost respect to the both of you, I hope everything works out for you and your family!!!

Hey guys,
Janet and I want to thank you all for the nice comments you have left. We want to give you an update on the situation. The young fellow that will eventually become our son (we pray) was born today. He weighed in at 6 pounds and 5 ounces. Our case worker didn’t give us the report on the length but we will found out tomorrow when we meet him for the first time. We are expecting to take custody of him on Saturday. We will name him Jalen Eldrick Johnson.
