I think the real question is Why? Very unusual. That gold skull sure looks great on top of that little bottle!
Looks good but one thing to note: it doesn’t fit in the standard reserve box – the lid sits a little funny

I will have to agree with you on this one. There is 7 different bottles maybe more and 2 different encores. That will be a tough one to collect all 9 (or more) bottles

Yeah all 9 would include:

1 Gold Skull

and the 1 extra special one – so only 1 person could get all 9, 4 people could get 8, 6 people could get 7 and so on and so forth…

I think it’s cool that blair has put so much effort into this last reserve. Instead of doing someting “normall” he’s made it a challenge and made more specail ones for everyone. if he only did 500 straight bottles – the only special ones would be #1 and #500.

But you now have 10 because of the bottles with the signing error 999 so now you have another to add to the list. But in the end, Blair did say “That no 2 bottles were the same.” so there are some variations of ink color and some of the streaming wax criss crosses on some and some go in same direction.

I would be willing to think it is on purpose. Probably a tribute to the 4AM (wasn’t it 999?), his first limited production sauce in this style bottle. Only thing I can think of, but knowing Blair, who can tell! Unless he pops in here and lets us in on it, we may never know. 🙂

I still can’t believe the variety within the firecracker – its awesome!! I originally ordered 3 so that I could try some 14million su but I’m definately not going to do that now!! I have 3 different 1’s..how would I choose. lol….kidding
I’ll stick to the 5m su I got from muso……I can’t believe the heat that stuff has!! Probably a question many have answered before but can you really tell the difference between 5 and 14? or is that for HPLC etc to determine?
It is kinda cool that Blair did this with the FC500 but I truly do feel like my double digit red base is just another reserve now. I was all excited that I got my order in within 10 minutes of it going on his site but I guess that was a mistake. Oh well. But, I know I will try to get the next reserve.

Hi Matt! That is why I have some Muso 5Mil. Honestly, do you really need to try hotter than that. The only other I would consider is pure 15/16 Million (whatever you purists prefer). So don’t even bother opening up a Reserve just to find out what a couple Mil more would feel like.

I say appreciate what you have and don’t sweat what the retailers get delivered to their orders of 50 bottles or whatever. They are going to get som stuff we will never see and have the option of selling or keeping fr personal collections. No sweat they are what Keeps the d00d afloat that we love collecting so much. I am eggstatic with my little humble collection of Blair’s and CaJohns (alphabetical order there no preference 🙂 ) But if some d00d that spends 800x more than i do in a month with the supplier…let him have it 🙂 (But if they ever wanted to sell me something they got at somewhat reasonable price because they were good to go for a quick buck and a good night on the town with the family on me, hELLLLSss yeah I would jump at the chance to buy their item 🙂 ) ..ok i have had a few beers tonight and this sounds really cute loveabe and funny right now and is meant in fun, so if it comes across as harsh …I so appologise 🙂

Hey guys, I am amazed at the marketing genius of Blair, really impressed. He keeps the passion of collection these items going strong. I have a very humble collection. I am still awaiting my F500 to show up and must admit that this blog add’s excitement to see what arrives. No I am not being unrealistic about expecting a gold skull, but enjoyable none the less……….
