Creator, if alcohol carries the capsaicin to the taste buds, then why not make an alcoholic extract (for the over 18s or 21s) as wouldnt this make it seem hotter? or is this me being stupid? just a thought thas all

Matt, no question is really stupid when it pertains to something like this. Alcohol doesn’t really carry the capsaicin technically. Alcohol allows for the capsaicin to be put into solution away from the pepper, sugar as well. I would LOVE to sell an alcoholic extract, but I think the ATF might have something to say about it, and I don’t have tens of thousands of dollards to spend on a liquor license.
After the harvesting of the initial habanero mash, we have quite a bit of distilled habanero flake/powder left over. I usually just hand this stuff out to friends to put into their pepper shakers for their own use. I also take some of it, fire up the Weber grill, and smoke some of the flake with various woods, the stuff comes out really good. What I have found interesting is the partially distilled flake/powder is very susceptible to further capsaicin release, and I will put some into a tea bag and let it steep in a good vodka for about a week, the vodka has a very subtle taste of the orange habanero, as well as a nice little kick of heat.

Well now I’m really scared. I was at a twirling competition all day, came home and there all gone. None of them are in the pink house, no sign of the Homunculus. I noticed my computer was logged in, I see they sent a message.

I think me and Mrs Huvason just drank most of the alcohol in the hot tub 🙂 I didn’t realize there was an attic in that house (under the DEFCON label). I do here noise from there, but I am not looking! I think they are planning there defense. BTW, the car is back. It was gone all after noon.

I just received a communication. They found a double agent within their ranks (went by the nickname Defcon Renegade)…He has been dispatched. They also stated how much room there was between the floors of the Casa Huvason Stronghold.
