50 States of Hot Sauce (missing 3)
For the upcoming Chile Pepper Magazine Hot Sauce issue, they will be profiling a hot sauce manufacturer from each of the 50 states. But they’re missing 3 states: NV, UT & MN – if you know of a manufacturer in any or all of those states, email it to editor@chilepepper.com.
The first person who emails editor@chilepepper.com with info on a manufacturer in NV, UT or MN (sauce needs to be available via web or mail across the US) will get a thank-you sauce gift pack from Chile Pepper Magazine. (In other words, they’ll send out one gift pack for each of the three states).
Send in your email by November 15.
Let’s show them what the HSB knows about hot sauce!

Not because I don’t want you guys talking amongst yourselves, but because I don’t want the poachers and spammers having a one-stop location for chilehead email addresses. This blog is read by folks who don’t participate and simply use it as a tool to solicit loyal HSBers. I’ve even been approached for the entire email list of HSB commenters. I’m trying to figure out something like an HSB approved communications list, but until then please send me an email when you want the email of another commenter and I’ll send you both an email with each others information. But for now, email addresses will be deleted if posted (same with phone numbers). Continuing to post your email address will really annoy me and cause your comments to be held in moderation.

Although it’s not mfg’d in AZ, Tropical Mischief will soon be available at Mokis Hawaiian Grill in AZ, alongwith DITD and Alien sauce. The surf shop ” motif” just seemed to fit, so I played salesman, and they loved it !!!! Congrats Sonyo !!!!!!

Anyone know what hot sauce manufacturer is from Wisconsin? The only place I can think of makes Mustards and that is Mt Horeb Mustard Museum.
