That is awesome!
I thought I had a cool fire pit. That’s a nice one. Mine is bigger at 4ft round and weights like 10.000lbs LOL . Had someone looking to buy one like mine. Sell him mine and I order a new Virginia Fire Pit with BWANA BRET on the side.

Too funny. Yeah, it’s pretty cool. We’re joining up with some chili and BBQ cookoff tours this year, and this will make a nice centerpiece, especially when I whip up a batch of Def con Carne chili, and cook it on it.
Pimp!
John,
How much did that cost you.and how heavy is it..looks great……
That is all kind of awesome!!!

There are a few sizes, this is the big one, it ran a little over $400. It weighs about 150-160 pounds without the steel lid or grill. The thing is built like an army tank.
Hmmmm……might be too big?
Nevermind…..didn’t work.
What a great fire pit!!! It looks like it’s almost big enough to put a skid right on the top of it to burn. LET’S GO RED WINGS!!!
@devilduck: might be too big?
*gasp!* Heck, naw! That’s one of the coolest things that I’ve seen in years. Congrats, DEFCON, on a neato firepit!
