Items expiring Sunday night inevitably get more money based on Sunday being the Busiest bidding night of the week. Best time to list the #1 when its time comes is Thursday night for a 10 day auction that yields the highest fruit. Its long exposure gets interest and Sunday night expirey all adds to good yields.
You should make sure if you care to follow these guidelines of the eBay tips. Make it expire at about 11pm EST so the west coast is home 8pm there.
