I found myself flush with Habaneros and Bhut Jolokia peppers this weekend – so I decided to try out a hot sauce recipe I had been thinking up for some time. This isn’t the final because there are a lot of tweaks to be made yet – but try it out and let me know what you think. And this will clear out your kitchen – so prepare your family for that.

Look’s really good, and a great way to make use of extra chiles. Interested to see what changes you’ll make. Keep up the interesting articles!
I just was given a load of REALLY HOT PEPPERS (30 bhut jolokia, 20 caribbean red, 20 7 Pot Douglahs, 5 paprika, 5 cherry bomb). I’d like to process them into a sauce suitable for canning but am nervous about how to proceed. Was thinking of finding some way to mix in bell peppers, mango, maybe cardomon to enrich the flavor. Any thoughts on a recipe that might work? Any advice appreciated!
