Happy Autumnal Equinox! Well, it was a couple of weeks ago, but I just love throwing around the word Autumnal. Makes me sound smart. Autumnal.
So, first, let’s talk about reviews. My Me So Hot hot sauce was reviewed on September 2nd. Not to toot my own horn, but it was an AUTUMNAL review. Did I use that word right? It was a good review. Here are some highlights:

HOT SAUCE OF THE MONTH!
Well, it is October, and I have pretty much two choices for the Hot Sauce of the Month. Halloween made it easy for me to narrow it down to two, Blaze Orange (like a pumpkin, get it?) and Vampire Repellant. I chose my second favorite of all of my sauces, Blaze Orange. Sorry all you Garlic fans out there. I just love this sauce. BTW, my fave is the Me So Hot.So, Blaze Orange is the sauce of the month. Here is the boilerplate:
Blaze Orange is the name of the color that hunters wear for safety. That is also the color of this sauce. Made with orange zest, oranges, apple cider vinegar, and orange bell peppers, the sauce is a great mix of sweet and hot that adds a unique twist to chicken and Thai dishes.
Actually, add Grilled Shrimp to that list. I have replaced my cocktail sauce with this stuff, it completely rocks. As always, sauce of the month is 1 dollar off the regular price.

Good morning all from the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. Just getting prepared for the Civil War shoots today. Nothing like 13,000 hicks with muskets! Shooting in the rain kinda sucks, but, well, it’s pretty accurate historically. Not to mention who cares about the rain, we were all born wet.

One of many. Actually did quite well today, considering the weather. Today was individual qualifications, and the first round of pistol matches. Just stopping in to change, the mortar matches are starting soon. Tomorrow is the fun one, carbine match in the morning, followed by the cannon shoots early afternoon…Of course a National Skirmish wouldn’t be complete without the Gatling gun demos. Great stuff!
My shooting for the day is done…It’s 5 o’clock somewhere! Headin’ to Mr. B’s BBQ for dinner with a bunch of good ‘ol boys…The weekend is young!!!
