There are 8 days until DEFCON Sauces hits Toro Loco in South Orange, NJ. With the influx of e-mails I have been receiving, this one should be one for the record books! If you haven’t been to Toro Loco recently, they have redone the place, and it came out awesome! If you have never been, well, it’s time to check it out!
As a recap, here are the events going on:
- FREE DEFCON WINGS ALL AFTERNOON!
- Appearance by the New Jersey Devils mascot
- Jose Cuervo girls and their infamous shooters
- Drink specials
- DEFCON Wing-eating competitions (including a Deathmatch, if you dare!)
- A bunch of Raffles for a bunch of prizes
- Second round NFL Playoff action
- Friends you haven’t met yet
With the list of stuff going on, how can you miss this? A great addition to this is the confirmation we received from the New Jersey Devils organization that the NJ Devil’s mascot will indeed be coming by. Perhaps we will have him referee the various wing-eating competitions, “The Devil made me do it!”.
If we have the infamous DEFCON wing-eating Deathmatch, he would be a perfect referee.
There should be some great photo-ops for the kids as well.
Once again, we will be having the festivities from 1-5(ish)pm.
