Burning Asphalt Sauces Makes a Hot Acquisition

BURNING ASPHALT SAUCES AQUIRES MANUFACTURERS

Forestville, NY (10/27/06) – Burning Asphalt Sauces, LLC of Forestville, NY has announced that it has completed the acquisition of High Peaks Sauce Company of New England and Twisted Vine Gardens. Terms of both transactions were not disclosed. High Peaks Sauce Company and Twisted Vine Gardens are both a manufacturer and distributor of hot sauces, barbeque sauces, wing sauce, steak sauce, mustards, and salsas.

Jeffrey Furash, President of Burning Asphalt Sauces, LLC stated: “We are very pleased with our acquisitions of these complementary businesses which will continue our strategy of targeting attractive and specific markets throughout the country. These acquisitions are part of Burning Asphalt Sauces’ mission to better serve our customers and to provide consumers with our diversified product line.”

Burning Asphalt Sauces introduced their High Peaks Sauce Company line of gourmet sauces recently at Whiteface Mountain’s Oktoberfest and at the Art Devlin’s North American Cup 90 Meter Ski Jump Competition located in Lake Placid, NY, both home of the 1980 Olympics. “It was awesome to be part of both events and receive so many compliments on our sauces. To be set-up with our display, sales, and sampling tent at the bottom of the ski jump was amazing, especially knowing that many of the competitors are Olympians,” said Furash.

High Peaks Sauce Company and Twisted Vine Gardens, as well as Burning Asphalt Sauces, LLC, uses all natural ingredients in their sauces with no preservatives. Burning Asphalt Sauces and High Peaks Sauce Company also has a custom and private label program where companies, non-profit organizations, and individuals can have their message on a bottle as a gift for the holidays or to promote their business.
