Once in a blue moon something different comes along and takes me by surprise, a refreshing change from the norm, this is such a sauce.
There’s not much to smell, nothing really jumps out at you until you start tasting. This is a creamy luxurious sauce, initially tasting of lime juice and a little salt followed by subtle coriander.
I’m not a huge fan of coriander but there’s just the right amount in this sauce to add flavour without overpowering.
Just when you think its all over your mouths flooded with a soft coconut freshness. Its perfect on a big pile of tiger prawns!
