The pepper Criolla Sella has been described as “Lemon Drop (aka Aji Lemon), only better” and I tend to agree. It has a lovely taste, not as citrusy as a Aji Lemon.
This sauce, named after the pepper has captured its essence perfectly.
Small pieces of Criolla Sella bob about in this smooth, slightly sweet sauce.

I’ve you’ve never heard of Criolla Sella, they are a must try for any chillihead, or better still grab a bottle of this, it does the pepper proud.
