This sauce is fantastic, they sure have done some culinary hocus-pocus to produce such a great taste from just a few ingredients. Its a thick sweet sauce with loads of big chunks consisting of cucumber, dill, coriander, pineapple and turnip!
It’s amazing on seafood, a must have each time I visit Cornwall.

This stuff only just passes my rules as a chilli sauce as its so mild, the heat is barely noticeable so I’ve had to be a little harsh on the overall score. It may just be the closest yet to 10/10 on taste!
