When I first tried Sriracha I was quite surprised, it wasn’t what I expected. Its a very smooth sauce with an pretty unusual garlic taste that grows and grows on you, at first your not so sure then before long your squirting it into everything.

It’s hot sauce Royalty, even if you don’t like it you have to pay it some respect for conquering the world. Never tried it? Call yourself a Chillihead? shame on you!
