I first heard about The Rib Man here on facebook, then saw DarthNaga do a review on YouTube, then saw him on TV. Each time I was a little more curious about his sauce and being able to knock up a pretty good rack of ribs myself, decided I had to try it out.
Well I’m not disappointed, it has a rich tomato taste and a full on naga flavour and I’ll admit it does go very well with ribs.

Personally I found it a little too hot for my Brut 33 approach but the taste made me do it!
