Chilli / Sauce Type: Habanero
This sauce reminds me a little of a sweet piccalilli due to the smell and slight mustard twang, there also seems to be something a little Indian about it although I cant quite put my finger on it.
The main ingredient is mango, a great carrier for the other strong flavours. The heat is provided by habanero’s with little sweetness added to calm the burn.
