The smell of this sauce is a very enticing comforting one, like a good Mexican bean stew. I can just pick up the habanero aroma and a hint of vinegar.
The Mexican flavours also come through strong when tasting, the habanero’s (14%) are strong, the vinegar is mild with lemon juice, salt and onion all detectable. Other ingredients include carrots, garlic and that magic word ‘spices’ Its also a nice smooth sauce that pour’s well.

I wish I know what spices were used in this sauce as the Mexican flavours are fantastic! A well made sauce, grab yourself a bottle!
