This Weekend – Fiery Foods UK Chilli Festival in Brighton
The highly successful FFUK Chilli Festival is being held in Victoria Gardens in Brighton on the 14/15 & 16th September 2011.
This year the event will celebrate the life of the Godfather UK Chillies Peter Seymour (aka ChilliPeterPete) who passed away just weeks ago
The Event Schedule (Subject to change and addition)
- Friday 14th 5pm-10pm
Highlights include breaking the world record jalapeno-eating in 60 seconds of 16 (the 17th was discounted) by ChileFoundry’s The Lurch.
Also Man vs Fire extreme buffet featuring Ted The Fire-Breathing Idiotwww.firebreathingidiot.com from Washington State and Darth Naga and watched over by compere Matt Whistler www.mattwhistler.com who is no stranger to mad stunts, having been the first person to travel from Lands End to John O Groats by push scooter.

National Chilli Awards 2012 – a celebration of the UK chilli industry
