Chilli Prices to rise..
A few months ago we had a report from major chilli importer Chilli Pepper Pete that rain had caused havoc in the Naga growing area of India.
India accounts for approx. 40% of the worlds production of chillies and India is now seeing reports that demand is exceeding supply after a poor harvest and an increase in demand, it seems the UK is not the only country having a bit of a chilli revolution.
